I just want the news. Please allow option for no social media.

Why does every thing have to turn into some social media platform? Who cares whos "popular" and I dont care about "followers", what happened to just reporting the news?

A great all around news app

Excellent cover to cover a joy

I had to deal with about half a dozen notifications and questions before I could get into the app this morning. I dont want to hold an extended conversation with the app developer, and I couldnt care less that "new providers" are available. At least Im not required to set up an account. That was why I dropped Flipboard.

The more you use this app the more it expands the variety of topics, sources, and regions. Best to start with a broad selection of interests when you use it for the first time.

Maybe add a feature to where you can filter the news from a particular source, like if I only wanted to see news from venturebeat.com I could

News republic is by far my favorite app for news. The news alerts are not too often or too seldom. They are just right!

This is my go to App for local and international news. Can be tailored to ones preferences very easily, Multiple sources give different views on news stories. Keep up the good work.
